When you use FinanceSight, you agree not to:
• **Break the law** — use the service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or processing data you have no right to process. - **Attack or overload the service** — attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe or scan it outside the [Security Policy](/legal/security), run denial-of-service attacks, scrape at abusive volumes, or circumvent rate limits and quotas. - **Abuse other users** — access, alter, or interfere with another user's data or account except through the sharing features they have explicitly granted you. - **Misuse integrations** — use another person's API keys or credentials without authorisation, or exceed the usage terms of connected third-party providers (e.g. AI or market-data providers). - **Tamper with the software** — remove security or licence notices, or misrepresent the service as your own product in breach of its trademarks or licence.
Enforcement
Breaching this policy may result in suspension or termination of your access. Suspected illegal activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
